Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zuri & Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with India's leading logistics providers (including Delhivery, BlueDart, and Xpressbees) to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
- Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3 - 5 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 & Rural Areas): 5 - 7 business days.
* Prepaid Shipping (All Orders): FREE
* Cash on Delivery (All Orders): ₹49 (Non-refundable handling fee)
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and WhatsApp notification once your order has shipped, containing your Tracking ID and a live tracking link. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Incorrect Address & Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times before returning it to our warehouse. Please ensure that your delivery address, landmark, and contact number are accurate during checkout. Zuri & Co is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
5. Damages & Issues
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos, and we will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.
